This agreement outlines the payment schedule agreed upon between and 1040TaxBiz.

Total Amount Due: $299

Payment Schedule:

Payment 1: $99 – Due Today
Client agrees to make the first payment today upon signing this agreement.
Payment 2: $100 – Due 30 Days from Today
Client authorizes 1040TaxBiz to automatically charge the payment method on file on this date.
Payment 3: $100 – Due 60 Days from Today
Client authorizes 1040TaxBiz to automatically charge the payment method on file on this date.

Cancellation & Access Terms:

If the 2nd or 3rd payment is missed or fails to process, all access to services, platforms, and materials provided by 1040TaxBiz will be suspended immediately. Access will only be reinstated once the missed payment is successfully completed.

Refund Policy:

All payments are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of the first payment. By proceeding with this agreement, the client acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued beyond this period, regardless of service usage or cancellation.

By signing this agreement, the client agrees to the above schedule and authorizes 1040TaxBiz to process the 2nd and 3rd payments automatically using the same payment method used for the initial payment.
