Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds:

• You have 14 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement to cancel and request a refund. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team within this period.
• After 14 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Prospect Package Minimum Requirement:

• IF you do not cancel within 14 calendar days you are required to complete a minimum of 5 returns by the end of the upcoming tax season. Failure to meet this minimum requirement will result in a non-refundable charge of $299.

Important Notes:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing within the 14-day period.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and commitment from all parties involved.
