Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing 1040 TaxBiz. We are committed to providing professional service, support, and onboarding resources designed to help you successfully launch and operate your tax business. To ensure transparency and fairness for all parties, the following Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to all packages, services, and enrollment programs.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

Partners may cancel their enrollment and request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the Agreement is signed, provided that software access, onboarding services, bank enrollment processing, or other setup services have not been substantially completed or utilized.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the designated 1040 TaxBiz support email within the applicable cancellation period.

After fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of signing, all enrollment fees, setup fees, licensing fees, and related service charges become non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deferred Enrollment Fee Cancellation:

If Partner elects to participate in a deferred enrollment fee program and cancels after the fourteen (14) day cancellation period, Partner agrees that a minimum cancellation and administrative fee of $99 shall become immediately due and payable for software licensing, onboarding, setup, administrative processing, and reserved service capacity provided by 1040 TaxBiz.

Additional amounts may become due if additional services, products, training, marketing materials, or bank enrollment processing have already been provided or incurred on Partner’s behalf.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds, when applicable, will generally be processed within ten (10) business days after receipt and review of the written cancellation request.

Policy Enforcement:

This policy is strictly enforced to maintain fairness, operational integrity, and resource allocation for all participating Partners. By enrolling with 1040 TaxBiz, Partner acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
